Google User Data
When you choose to authenticate with Google or link your YouTube account, we collect the following data provided by you:
- Profile Information: Name, email address, and profile picture.
- YouTube Channel Data: Channel ID, title, description, and subscriber counts.
- Video Content: Video titles, descriptions, and captions (transcripts) for videos you select or recent uploads.
- Authentication Tokens: OAuth 2.0 access and refresh tokens (stored securely and encrypted).
Other Information
If you connect your Notion account, we access the specific pages and databases you explicitly grant us permission to access for the purpose of script management.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the Google user data we collect for the following specific purposes:
- Service Provision: To create your account, log you in, and verify your identity.
- Style Analysis: We analyze your YouTube video transcripts to generate a unique "Style Profile" (vocabulary, tone, pacing) which is used to help you write future scripts.
- Content Management: To display your recent videos and channel statistics within the App dashboard.
- Teleprompter Functionality: To save and retrieve your scripts for use in the recording interface.
We do NOT use your data for:
- Targeted advertising or personalized ads.
- Selling to data brokers or information resellers.
- Determining credit-worthiness or lending purposes.
- Training third-party AI models (other than generating your specific content).
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not transfer or disclose your personal information or Google user data to third parties for purposes other than providing or improving the App's functionality.

We may share data with trusted third-party service providers solely to help us operate the App, such as:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform / Firebase (for hosting, database, and authentication).
- AI Processing: Google Gemini API (for generating scripts and analysis). Data sent is ephemeral and subject to Google's enterprise data privacy commitments.
4. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Teleskopiq's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
- Retention: We store your profile and style data while your account is active. Authentication tokens are stored until you disconnect the integration or delete your account.
- Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us or using the "Delete Account" feature in the App settings. Upon request, we will permanently delete your data from our servers within 30 days.
